Eligibility for Returns:
1.Defective or Damaged Items:
Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Incorrect Item Received:
Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send you the correct item upon verification.

3.Change of Mind:
Return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
A restocking fee may apply, and the item must be in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Delivery charges incurred during the initial purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Procedure:

Approval and Instructions:
Our Customer Service team will provide return approval and detailed instructions on how to return the item. After Approval, return will be picked up within 3 days. 
Packaging:
Ensure the item is securely packaged with all original accessories and packaging included.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refund/Replacement:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or send out a replacement, as applicable.
Important Notes:
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.Refunds will be received within 3 businesses days. 

Returns for items with visible signs of use or damage may be subject to partial refunds or not accepted.
